This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver client-facing field service and partner with colleagues at Guardant Health for comprehensive account management.
• Implement healthcare provider requests and ensure prompt sample collection for Guardant Health tests in existing client accounts.
• Utilize company resources and tools to address customer order and reporting issues in collaboration with GH Client Services.
• Work alongside field sales teams to advance the company’s goals and objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers to align Guardant Health's offerings with customer and patient needs.
• Evaluate the commercial landscape within assigned accounts, detect trends, and relay customer insights to leadership.
• Ensure the achievement of team objectives.
• Collaborate effectively across various departments while adhering to compliance standards.
• Embody the culture of Guardant Health in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Prior experience in diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Capability to align client requirements with Guardant Health services through a consultative approach.
• Comfortable communicating and presenting at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Excellent skills in strategic account planning.
• Superior listening and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to cultivate and leverage cross-functional relationships.
• Aptitude for effective work with minimal managerial oversight.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical learning capabilities.

• Regular travel within the territory is required.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Curiosity, sound judgment, critical evaluation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Background screening, including criminal history, is mandatory.
• Capacity to lift standard office supplies and operate office equipment.
• Ability to remain seated for extended durations.
• Annual base salary ranging from $77,200 to $106,150.
