This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Sustain strategic engagement with accounts through regular outreach and organized follow-up on Outside Sales initiatives.
• Execute call planning, analysis, presentations, and follow-up activities after meetings.
• Develop relationships within customer organizations to gain insights into their needs, purchasing behaviors, and end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales on go-to-market approaches, program management, merchandising timelines, and contract renewals.
• Utilize trade marketing, decoration services, EDI, pricing strategies, and tailored website solutions to enhance sales prospects.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to streamline communication and achieve objectives.
• Oversee weekly reporting, calendar management, sales funnel tracking, program administration, and CRM upkeep.
• Address customer issues swiftly and professionally.
• Apply merchandising knowledge to showcase competitive edges and promote upsell chances.
• Deliver account details regarding products, inventory, pricing, shipping, and company policies through various channels.
• Develop strategic pricing frameworks and quotations to boost revenue growth.
• Work alongside Outside Sales to provide product solutions, merchandise information, samples, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate phone, email, internal collaboration, marketing efforts, and web-based solutions across diverse platforms.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; at least a High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional sales or account management experience is required.
• Experience in the promotional products and apparel industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven presentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong technical skills are required.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; employment authorization will be verified through E-Verify.
