This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build enduring relationships with key stakeholders and advocates
• Facilitate a seamless post-sale transition and define clear success metrics
• Promote customer value realization and encourage feature usage
• Oversee the renewal pipeline, communicate solution ROI, and reduce churn risk
• Discover and validate new use cases, services, and products to broaden account presence
• Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Address any potential customer risks or dissatisfaction
• Maintain continuous communication with decision-makers and end-user advocates
• Lead consultative discussions that translate products and outcomes into business value
• Complete product training and manage an assigned portfolio of clients
• Set up customer health monitoring systems and engagement metrics
• Conduct initial Executive Business Reviews with the Strategic Advisory team
• Identify opportunities for expansion and formulate renewal strategies
• Demonstrated success in Account Management, customer success, or consultative sales in the B2B SaaS sector, preferably in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
• Proficiency in managing intricate customer relationships, securing renewals, and fostering organic growth within large enterprise accounts
• Commitment to assisting companies in safeguarding customers, employees, and infrastructure from cyber and physical risks
• Strong desire to take ownership of expansion and renewal deals until closure
• Experience in developing strategic, complex multi-year renewal and expansion contracts
• Background in negotiating software and services agreements with procurement teams
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and account management tools to assess customer health
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must indicate whether current or future sponsorship will be necessary for legal employment in the United States
• 50/50 commission structure
