This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Engage with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders within a designated geographical area.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to generate and enhance revenue.
• Consistently achieve product targets and surpass sales projections and expectations.
• Adhere to Tolmar policies and all regulations governing pharmaceutical product promotion in the United States.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues, field-based teams, and home office staff to meet customer needs and analyze market dynamics and trends.
• Formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate goals within the assigned territory.
• Take part in and assist in leading sales initiatives, industry conferences, local and regional meetings, as well as medical conferences.
• Implement effective business plans for the designated territory.
• Establish productive relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Exhibit assertive selling techniques, including actively seeking business on every call.
• Candidates must reside in the Greater Richmond, VA Area.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a science, business, or related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience in in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced organizational skills and the ability to follow up effectively.
• Proven negotiation and selling techniques with a track record of accountability in achieving sales objectives.
• Capacity to learn technical and scientific product-related information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competence in executing effective business plans within the assigned territory.
• Skill in developing relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Initiative to take action without precise direction.
• Good judgment, discretion, and adherence to industry ethical standards.
• Willingness to work extra hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
• Capability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel by air as required.
