This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with designated clients to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct periodic check-ins, business assessments, and both onsite and virtual meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering prompt support and tailored solutions.
• Organize activities and compile insights to assist Sales Leadership and sales initiatives.
• Record daily sales activities in Salesforce.com, documenting pipeline progress, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Provide feedback from clients and the market to guide marketing, product strategy, client support, and operational enhancements.
• Represent the sales team at national conferences, client gatherings, and industry events.
• Comprehend the evolving needs, challenges, and priorities of customers.
• Qualify and direct new opportunities to the suitable Account Executive.
• Investigate accounts, identify key stakeholders, and create interest through focused outreach.
• Maintain and expand a healthy prospect pipeline with precise CRM records.
• Identify potential for product improvements or the development of new products.
• Stay informed on organizational changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze customer behaviors and business models to reveal unmet needs and generate new sales opportunities.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management or sales in the insurance, claims, or MSP compliance sectors.
• Practical experience in client support, understanding regulatory or Section 111 reporting processes, or collaborating with carriers/TPAs on compliance-oriented solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High personal integrity and professionalism, exhibiting sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, decision-making, interpersonal relations, and presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Regular participation in in-person meetings and conferences.
