This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Perform regular check-ins, conduct business reviews, and facilitate onsite or virtual meetings.
• Act as the clients’ reliable partner and main point of contact.
• Assist Sales Leadership by coordinating activities and preparing insightful reports.
• Record daily sales activities in Salesforce.com, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Gather client and market feedback to guide marketing, product strategy, support, and operational enhancements.
• Represent the sales team at national conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
• Comprehend customers’ changing needs and synchronize solutions with their objectives.
• Qualify and direct new opportunities to the suitable Account Executive.
• Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and spark interest through targeted outreach.
• Maintain and expand a robust prospect pipeline with precise CRM records.
• Discover opportunities for product improvements or new product development based on customer insights.
• Stay informed about organizational changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate customer behaviors and business models to identify unmet needs and generate new sales opportunities.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management or sales within the insurance, claims, or MSP compliance sectors.
• Practical experience in client support, interpreting regulatory or Section 111 reporting processes, or collaborating with carriers/TPAs on compliance-focused solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, sound judgment, reliability, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Outstanding communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Regular attendance at in-person meetings and conferences is expected.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a team setting.
• Comfortable engaging with administrative and executive-level contacts, as well as public speaking.
