This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by fostering relationships, understanding their objectives, and providing strategic insights.
• Formulate and implement account strategies to safeguard and enhance existing business, increase product adoption, optimize reagent usage, and meet annual revenue targets.
• Carry out business reviews, pinpoint opportunities and risks, and tackle customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical Service, Contracting, Pricing, and Distribution teams.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and account performance utilizing SFDC, Power BI, and the Microsoft Platform.
• Direct contract negotiations, pricing discussions, proposals, bids, and customer implementations.
• Assist and nurture distributor partners through training, sales planning, technical knowledge, and market intelligence.
• Accelerate growth, enhance market share, drive revenue, improve profitability, boost customer loyalty, and ensure renewals and new business across AZ and NM.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of demonstrated success in medical sales, preferably in the diagnostics sector.
• Profound understanding of laboratory and point-of-care environments, health system operations, and health economics.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory for 4 days a week, with approximately 35% of travel being overnight.
• Preferred experience in collaborating with distribution partners.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze healthcare market data.
• Experience as an individual contributor in problem-solving, complex selling, planning, and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record in a team-selling environment.
• Proficient in effective communication at multiple organizational levels.
• Preferred experience with complex contracting and negotiation.
