This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develops a comprehensive business strategy to enhance visibility, optimize sales within the territory, and drive revenue growth.
β’ Builds, executes, and continually enhances understanding of the territory, market trends, product offerings, competitors, and relevant disease states.
β’ Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with the institutional target audience, including Key Opinion Leaders.
β’ Educates the institutional target audience using Company-sanctioned resources, sales materials, and promotional campaigns.
β’ Enhances access and adoption at the institutional level, including comprehension of P&T committee processes, support for protocol development, integration into treatment pathways, and transition from inpatient to outpatient care.
β’ Maintains precise records of sales activities, encompassing sales calls, presentations, target/leads database, and follow-up actions.
β’ Engages in professional events, industry conferences, annual gatherings, and company-wide meetings.
β’ Collaborates with Sales Operations, Field Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
β’ Meets sales objectives and submits timely, accurate reports while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and promotional regulations.
β’ Plans and executes territory-specific events, such as speaker bureau presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions.
β’ Participates in special projects or sales-related initiatives as needed.
β’ Provides market insights to enhance brand strategy and execution.
β’ Oversees the allocated expense budget, covering operational, travel, and promotional costs.
β’ B.S. / B.A. in business, scientific, or a related field.
β’ Minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales within complex institutions (academic medical centers, HSCT programs, transplant centers, regional referral hospitals, etc.).
β’ Required experience in refractory HSV, IC, HSCT, SOT, or hematologic malignancies; experience across multiple disease areas is highly preferred.
β’ Ability to work and lead collaboratively across functions without direct authority to accomplish account goals/objectives.
β’ Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Exhibits comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitor knowledge; recognized as an expert resource by relevant stakeholders.
β’ Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
β’ Consistently maintains a positive attitude during challenges and changes.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Meets all necessary qualifications for health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing to access facilities and organizations within the designated territory.
β’ Possesses a valid driverβs license and a driving record that aligns with Company standards.
β’ Travel Requirements: 60%-70% domestic, with overnight travel mandatory for this position.
