This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the current Mid Market Commercial accounts.
• Ensure ongoing adoption and renewal of Netwrix's data security and compliance solutions.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects, securing new customer acquisitions.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT security teams, and compliance officers.
• Position Netwrix products as essential elements of customers’ cybersecurity strategies.
• Create and implement territory plans to optimize revenue from both existing clients and potential new customers.
• Align Netwrix's capabilities with customer challenges, including data access governance, compliance requirements, and insider threat detection.
• Direct negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, and product positioning.
• Promote adoption across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and product teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, data security regulations, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain precise pipeline forecasts and sales performance reports in Salesforce.
• Relay progress updates to internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of sales experience in cybersecurity or IT security solutions.
• Proven history of effectively managing both existing accounts and acquiring new business.
• Strong grasp of information security concepts, particularly data classification, access management, auditing, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Demonstrated ability to engage new prospects at various organizational levels while fostering and expanding existing client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to monitor sales progress and manage accounts.
