Account Manager II – Healthcare

📋 Description

• Take charge of a designated territory and drive its expansion.

• Achieve sales objectives, including profitable year-over-year growth.

• Utilize knowledge of Amcor, its products, the industry, and competitive landscapes.

• Enhance business with both existing and new clients through prospecting and networking.

• Navigate account complexities and convey customer requirements internally.

• Facilitate and support significant business negotiations.

• Cultivate trusted, collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Establish connections with leadership, marketing, R&D, field service, co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, and industry associations.

• Coordinate efforts among sales management, R&D, marketing, and field service for validation and customer trials.

• Oversee accounts receivable with support from the credit department.

• Identify actions to address strategic unmet customer needs.

• Work collaboratively across functions on market and segment strategy execution.

• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management updates.

• Enhance forecast accuracy.

• Share insights on competitive, marketing, pricing, and product-performance intelligence.

• Manage account planning, pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management within the CRM tool.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in technical, sales, and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.

• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.

• Experience in negotiations.

• Background in a large-scale business-to-business environment.

• Willingness to travel domestically 60% of the time.

• Eligibility to work in the United States; employment authorization is confirmed via E-Verify.
