Account Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Build, nurture, and manage the relationships with Porch Moving Group’s Moving Service Providers.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PMG products, services, and policies across various business units.

• Ensure alignment of network expectations throughout the duration of Moving Service Providers’ accounts.

• Collect feedback on interfaces, services, and support using surveys, outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Inform Moving Service Providers about the advantages and expectations associated with their PMG accounts.

• Recognize organizational objectives and, if necessary, negotiate rates with providers.

• Track provider performance and quality metrics, taking action as required.

• Conduct regular check-ins to confirm that expectations are fulfilled by the supply network.

• Identify collaborative opportunities that benefit both Moving Service Providers and PMG.

• Promote, upsell, and enhance services while aiding in the retention of the provider network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working with moving providers in similar positions.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• A proven capacity to adapt to changing situations.

• Experience collaborating with move service providers.

• Familiarity with global and/or US-based business teams.

• A quiet workspace conducive to focus.

• An internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
