Account Manager – Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage designated accounts and provide support for those assigned to the home services sector.

• Enhance account retention and drive growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with various departments on changes and action items that promote vertical expansion.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts in conjunction with Tech, Accounting, and Compliance teams.

• Examine quality reports, pinpoint issues, and devise action plans to boost campaign performance.

• Assist accounts receivable with the collections process while communicating client billing terms.

• Utilize Excel and Power BI to uncover opportunities for improving client metrics, including budget caps and RPT.

• Track and present weekly and monthly campaign reports, encompassing total revenue, PRT, return rate, and unsold lead data.

• Collaborate on initiatives for business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in Account Management, ideally in Lead Generation and/or Home Services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal team members.

• Proficient in working efficiently within a fast-paced environment and swiftly adapting to changes and new processes.

• Skilled in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent presentation skills.

• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
