This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with major and strategic medical device manufacturers, mid-sized firms, and rapidly growing start-ups within the North America Healthcare Packaging sector.
• Establish customer trust and foster sustainable relationships to drive the opportunity pipeline.
• Evaluate and secure at-risk business while negotiating incent-to-use agreements and contracts for new opportunities.
• Amplify DuPont’s value proposition across key accounts to optimize business outcomes, increase brand awareness, promote sustainability, and boost revenues in the Healthcare market.
• Collaborate with the global team to develop comprehensive account plans and contact strategies.
• Create targeted opportunity pipelines that promote and secure Tyvek® for new applications or as alternatives to existing materials.
• Encourage cooperation with technical, quality, product management, supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
• Actively engage in regional Healthcare Industry Organizations.
• Drive demand generation at the level of medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, facilitating cross-functional interactions with key accounts.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 50%.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in packaging science and/or sterility assurance.
• Knowledge of materials including nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives.
• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience working with a major OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Understanding of technical and regulatory standards for assessing and commercializing healthcare packaging materials.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong professional presence, business acumen, negotiation skills, and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record in strategic thinking and execution planning.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and opportunities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preferred: degree in Microbiology, Packaging Engineering, or a related advanced technical field.
• Preferred: experience in technical sales.
• Preferred: familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com (SFDC).
