This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Build and maintain essential account relationships through regular customer visits, product demonstrations, educational initiatives, product in-services, procedural observations, and addressing issues.
• Drive sales growth among both existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
• Work in collaboration with the Key Account Manager and medical affairs teams.
• Expand Genetic Testing and Services among various clients by pinpointing the sales process.
• Support the planning and execution of workshops and conferences as required.
• Oversee the future sales pipeline in Salesforce to ensure quarterly objectives are fulfilled.
• Deliver high-level presentations to diverse customer groups.
• Conduct sales outreach to IVF clinics.
• Articulate the advantages of Vitrolife Group products to professionals in IVF clinics.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy to meet sales and business objectives within the designated territory.
• Engage in ongoing training related to products and IVF applications.
• Exhibit clinical and product expertise while clearly communicating effective value propositions, product usage, and clinical applications.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of proven and verifiable sales experience in a hospital or clinically focused sales environment.
• Experience in Women’s Health or IVF customer relations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 70% within the territory.
• Capability to analyze sales trends and effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Documented success in increasing sales in prior roles.
• Positive feedback from business and personal references.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with demonstrated leadership qualities and high adaptability to coaching.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
• Skilled at building and sustaining strong customer relationships.
• Must possess energy, enthusiasm, determination, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
• Must confirm identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
