This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for headquarter accounts that align with the company’s objectives.
• Recognize emerging market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth, sharing insights with clients.
• Achieve and surpass annual and quarterly performance KPIs.
• Implement contract, pricing, credit, accounts receivable, and offer standards across all accounts.
• Oversee the development of pipelines and progression of opportunities for high-value accounts.
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage escalations for intricate deals.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and Standard Operating Procedure expectations.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key automotive national accounts.
• Provide a world-class customer experience through timely issue escalation, effective communication, and resolution.
• Foster engagement and strategic interactions with channel partners.
• Represent the client during customer meetings and select industry events.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Monitor and enhance CRM tools like Salesforce for managing pipelines and accounts.
• Factor in supply chain considerations when planning and executing sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.
• Strong background in B2B sales.
• Experience in finished lubricants or the oil & gas industries is advantageous.
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage complex headquarters-level accounts to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Experience in managing contracts, pricing, negotiations, and enforcing terms when required.
• Knowledge of the industrial, automotive, and commercial vehicle sectors is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-step processes to completion.
• Strong commercial acumen coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to think critically and convert market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to meet annual and quarterly performance KPIs.
