This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for headquarters accounts that align with the company's goals.
• Identify emerging market trends, analyze competitor activities, and explore growth opportunities to guide strategic decisions and provide feedback to clients.
• Achieve and surpass annual and quarterly performance KPIs.
• Ensure that standards regarding contracts, pricing, credit, accounts receivable, and offers are uniformly applied across all accounts.
• Oversee the development of the pipeline and the progression of opportunities for high-value accounts.
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage escalations for complex deals.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key national accounts in the automotive sector.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring timely issue escalation, communication, and resolution.
• Promote engagement and strategic interactions with channel partners.
• Represent the client at customer meetings and select industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Encourage collaboration among internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance.
• Monitor and optimize the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce for effective pipeline and account management.
• Integrate supply chain considerations into sales planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales.
• Background in the finished lubricants/oil & gas industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and manage complex accounts at a headquarters level to meet revenue and margin objectives.
• Experience in contract management, pricing, negotiation, and enforcing terms as needed.
• Familiarity with industrial, automotive, and commercial vehicle sectors is a plus.
• Expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage complex, multi-step processes to completion.
• Strong commercial insight along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
