Account Manager – Food Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding service to current clients

• Serve as the primary contact for a major UK retailer

• Oversee clients' workloads

• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements and turnaround times

• Gather forecasts for incoming projects

• Oversee project management tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in an account management role

• Experience in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing sectors

• Demonstrated account management skills within a large team environment

• Educated to A Level or equivalent standard

• Familiarity with Project Management life cycle

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Must reside in the UK

• Willingness to travel to client locations

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
