Account Manager, Embedded Security – Intelligence Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of around 40 embedded professionals who support corporate physical security and intelligence operations within private-sector client environments.

• Partner with recruitment to identify, evaluate, select, and assign embedded personnel to client programs.

• Conduct regular check-ins with employees to discuss job satisfaction, performance, and overall well-being.

• Advocate for employee needs and escalate any issues to HR or management as necessary.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to personnel involved in security and intelligence.

• Coordinate training requirements specific to client security and ensure maintenance of employee certifications and knowledge of protocols.

• Stay informed about physical security priorities, best practices, and operational procedures.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of embedded employees, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Review timesheets and expense reports, oversee performance evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans when required.

• Act as the primary relationship manager between Concentric and client management.

• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns related to embedded personnel.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

• Assist the Director with program planning, needs assessment, and new business proposals.

• Facilitate communication among employees, clients, and internal teams.

• Aid in the development of client security reports, SOPs, and guidelines.

• Maintain strong rapport with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this position is based without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Proven experience in the security industry.

• Background in intelligence analysis.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or physical security sectors.

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

• Solid understanding of physical security frameworks, organizational structures, and operational settings in corporate or protective environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

• Excellent professional judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage sensitive employee and client issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Proficient in Google Suite and Monday.com.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Preferred: Experience in managing employees embedded within client organizations (e.g., consulting, managed services, or staffing models).

• Preferred: Knowledge of physical security systems and tools commonly utilized in corporate and protective settings (e.g., access control, surveillance, and incident management platforms).

• Preferred: Ability to excel in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and rapidly changing environment.

• Preferred: Quick learner of new software and web-based tools.

• Preferred: Familiarity with human resource practices.
