Account Manager – Email Marketing, Klaviyo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the relationships with a diverse portfolio of eCommerce and DTC clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for clients.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, insights, and recommendations.

• Comprehend client objectives and convert them into precise team priorities.

• Direct email, lifecycle, and retention strategies across various campaigns and flows.

• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists.

• Oversee campaign calendars, approvals, feedback, and deadlines.

• Evaluate deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and strategic relevance.

• Track email performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Provide updates, manage client expectations, and identify potential issues.

• Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a comparable role.

• Proven experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands.

• Strong knowledge of email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo.

• Comfortable discussing campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations with clients.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading client discussions.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficient in English.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.

• Availability for full-time work during USA business hours.
