This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.
• Act as the project manager for all client engagements, crafting timelines and coordinating deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the completion of project milestones while adhering to accuracy and quality benchmarks.
• Support creative services by composing initial email and web copy and translating instructions for designers.
• Oversee the setup and quality assurance of messages and landing pages within clients’ CRM platforms.
• Take ownership of client data segmentation and the imports/exports of segmented lists.
• Prepare weekly reports on email, web, and campaign advertising performance.
• Create, review, and maintain agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups, and production schedules.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for face-to-face client meetings.
• Organize and maintain client documents and files on a shared drive.
• Serve as the intermediary between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support the Account Lead in executing direct marketing fundraising programs across a client portfolio.
• At least 2 years of experience in advocacy, fundraising, electoral campaigning, project management, event planning, internet marketing, or direct response.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong desire to grasp online fundraising, marketing, and advocacy technologies.
• Proven knowledge and interest in online fundraising, email marketing, and advocacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience utilizing digital tools for effective internal and external communication and workflow, including email, chat, Zoom, and online workflow tools.
• Previous experience in nonprofit fundraising or advocacy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic experience with HTML and other web tools is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Luminate, Salsa, EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to prepare and deliver written and verbal materials with confidence and clarity.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills that are clear, coherent, thorough, and free of errors.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to independently produce accurate work.
• Proactive in problem-solving, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and generate practical solutions.
• Capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, projects, clients, and issues.
• Project management skills and effective work output.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Interest in engaging with multiple projects, clients, and social issues.
• Comfort in building long-term relationships with stakeholders.

• Starting salary range of $60,000 - $67,000.
