This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison for dealer leadership and OEM field representatives.
• Foster trusted relationships to enhance customer loyalty and strategic alignment.
• Perform proactive business reviews, provide executive updates, and maintain ongoing communication touchpoints.
• Manage renewal preparation, negotiation strategies, and contract execution for assigned accounts.
• Identify accounts at risk and collaborate on recovery strategies.
• Convey ROI value stories linked to customers’ operational objectives.
• Formulate annual and quarterly account plans that address goals, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and risk mitigation.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Collaborate with Solution Performance Managers and subject matter experts to enhance product adoption and utilization.
• Align engagements with dealership objectives including service throughput, lead conversion, scheduling, marketing ROI, and customer retention.
• Convert performance insights into actionable account strategies.
• Monitor product usage, customer satisfaction, support ticket trends, and performance KPIs.
• Develop action plans for red/yellow customer health indicators.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to address escalations, integration issues, and workflow gaps.
• Work alongside Customer Success, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Marketing teams.
• Share field insights on product enhancements, competitive challenges, adoption barriers, and dealer operational requirements.
• Travel 60–75% based on territory size and dealer visit obligations.
• 3–6+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations.
• Strong comprehension of dealership workflows across fixed operations, variable operations, CRM, and marketing.
• Proven experience managing a customer book of business, with responsibility for retention and expansion.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into customer recommendations.
• Preferred: Experience with automotive DMS, CRM, Fix Ops Service Scheduling/Inspection, and Marketing platforms.
• Preferred: Background in dealership operations (BDC, service lane, sales management, or digital marketing).
• Preferred: Familiarity with OEM programs, certification requirements, and compliance standards.
• Preferred: Proven success using account planning methodologies, such as plan-on-a-page, mutual success plans, and health scoring frameworks.
