📋 Description

• Develop and enhance professional business relationships within designated accounts

• Comprehend customer applications, address requirements, and provide solutions utilizing the complete Molex product range

• Create business plans that ensure profitable growth in alignment with corporate objectives

• Foster long-lasting relationships through direct and regular customer engagement

• Establish a Salesforce pipeline that represents demand-generating activities and agreed-upon growth targets

• Deliver market insights to formulate regional sales strategies

• Supply marketing intelligence regarding competitor actions and market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Several years of experience in the electronics industry

• Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships and expand networks

• Proactive entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills
