This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sell integrated core business solutions for installation and service projects.

• Assess and identify prospective customer opportunities within the market.

• Create and execute marketing sales strategies for the education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building sectors.

• Concentrate on consultants, owners, and building managers, with backing from contractor businesses, to attract new clients.

• Convert customer requirements into comprehensive proposals and project outlines.

• Review and authorize estimated costs before bids and change proposals are submitted.

• Support project collections efforts.

• Relay project specifications to project teams and the broader organization.

• Recognize project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Convey project timelines, change proposals, and related activities to clients.

• Continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the execution and assessment of customer contract scopes, terms, and conditions.

• Manage costs, delivery fulfillment, service quality, and other customer demands.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to developing colleagues as necessary.

• Carry out additional assigned or required tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.

• Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in account development, sales, or a related area.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic systems, fire alarm and life safety, and/or building automation.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong sales abilities and skill at identifying effective customer solutions.

• Excellent teamwork capabilities.

• Demonstrated proactive initiative and adaptability.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Good understanding of IT networking principles.

• Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
