This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee daily service operations for a commercial portfolio, concentrating on accounts that yield $3,000 or more in revenue.
• Collaborate with producers to formulate, organize, and enhance service strategies for significant accounts.
• Draft proposals, issue certificates and auto ID cards, manage endorsements, audits, and binders, while ensuring account tasks are up-to-date.
• Guarantee prompt invoicing of premium-related transactions.
• Examine policies for precision and compliance with agency standards.
• Address client inquiries and service needs.
• Analyze client contracts and suggest coverage adjustments to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Liaise with producers, clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Keep comprehensive and precise electronic account records using the agency management system.
• Manage workload effectively to adhere to deadlines and service requirements.
• Detect and rectify coverage gaps to minimize E&O risk.
• Engage in quality assessments and adhere to agency quality and compliance initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships to promote retention and expansion.
• Develop effective partnerships with insurance carrier representatives.
• Handle sensitive information, including PHI, with care and confidentiality.
• Enhance technical expertise through training, publications, seminars, and industry resources.
• Maintain consistent, dependable attendance and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
• Assist in special projects and other designated tasks.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty Agent's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and agency management systems.
• Experience with Applied Epic is advantageous.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Commercial lines insurance.
