This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts in Colorado and Northern New Mexico.
• Concentrate call activities on multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers as well as hospitals.
• Act as a clinical partner and trusted advisor to customers, collaborating closely with Sterile Processing Department personnel.
• Build and sustain customer relationships while ensuring overall financial performance within the designated territory.
• Enhance market share through assessments of customer utilization and expansion of new footprints.
• Cultivate customer advocates for ASP technologies.
• Forge connections with hospital clients where surgical procedures are conducted or influenced.
• Anticipate customer requirements and create innovative workflow solutions along with new revenue opportunities.
• Identify key business drivers and decision-makers, construct value propositions, and position solutions across hospital and IDN contact points.
• Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-service education.
• Determine account call frequencies to enhance customer relationships, understanding of business, and quota fulfillment.
• Formulate and execute territory sales strategies and plans for local hospitals and IDN accounts.
• Implement local execution of strategic plans developed by corporate account teams.
• Revise sales action plans and forecasts for quarterly territory reviews and business assessments.
• Collaborate on business initiatives with Service, Marketing, and Commercial Operations teams.
• Utilize tools, systems, and dashboards on a daily basis; troubleshoot performance metrics and maintain a comprehensive one-year sales funnel.
• Keep abreast of product features, benefits, applications, and market dynamics.
• Engage in relevant professional organizations and regional buying groups.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, or 2 years in medical sales, or 1 year of sales experience combined with 1 year in the infection prevention sector.
• Proven/documented success in launching new products, increasing product utilization, and/or defending business against competitors.
• Experience in prospecting for new business and conducting cold calls.
• Preferred background in selling to hospitals, ASCs, and inpatient/outpatient endoscopy suites.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States is necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
• Must reside in or be open to relocating within the specified territory.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience in consultative and clinical value-based selling.
• Familiarity with healthcare facilities, hospitals, ASCs, IDNs, and sterile processing environments.
• Sales incentives and commissions are included in the stated compensation range.
