Account Manager, Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Negotiate repayment options for clients facing financial challenges while prioritizing customer retention.

• Collaborate within a high-performing team to surpass individual daily and monthly objectives.

• Evaluate and determine whether to accept, decline, or modify payment agreements and settlements.

• Address inquiries and manage challenging situations effectively.

• Handle multiple files concurrently while ensuring detailed and precise record-keeping.

• Respond to member inquiries related to collections and their concerns.

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies associated with payments.

• Represent Mogo as a brand ambassador by utilizing its products, promoting the brand, and providing constructive feedback for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in collections/accounts receivable, either first or third party.

• Experience in a high-volume, performance-oriented (KPI/Target based) contact center is advantageous.

• Proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Chat GPT, Outlook, and Excel.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Dedicated to identifying solutions for customers.

• Enthusiastic about personal finance and assisting others in making beneficial financial choices.
