Account Manager – BDA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance relationships with entities within the Judiciary Branch, including State Courts (TJ), Regional Labor Courts (TRT), Federal Regional Courts (TRF), Public Prosecutor's Offices, Councils, and other institutions in the justice system;

• Identify new business opportunities and broaden Incodata's footprint in this sector;

• Operate in a consultative approach, comprehending clients' challenges and offering solutions in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence;

• Conduct sales meetings, deliver executive presentations, and negotiate with managers and decision-makers;

• Create commercial proposals and oversee the entire sales cycle;

• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop solutions;

• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure the CRM is current;

• Formulate expansion strategies and long-term relationship plans for the accounts you oversee.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Sales Management, or related disciplines;

• Professional experience with the Judiciary Branch, either through commercial engagements with these entities or having direct experience within institutions such as State Courts (TJ), Regional Labor Courts (TRT), Federal Regional Courts (TRF), Public Prosecutor's Offices, Councils, or other justice system bodies;

• Strong understanding of the structure, operations, and processes of the Judiciary Branch;

• Proven experience in business development and consultative selling;

• Familiarity with technology solutions, Data, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence;

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM systems.
