This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
• Oversee client expectations and guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing swift resolutions.
• Escalate and resolve complex client issues when required.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, projects, and account activities.
• Manage projects throughout the entire production lifecycle, from initiation to final delivery.
• Coordinate print and digital marketing campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
• Collect project specifications and requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Review estimates, customer files, proofs, and specifications prior to production.
• Track project timelines and communicate status updates effectively.
• Collaborate with production, fulfillment, creative, data, technology teams, vendors, and production partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships by offering additional products and services.
• Support sales efforts by recognizing customer needs and generating qualified leads.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and workflow implementation.
• Utilize ERP, project management, CRM, and workflow systems to manage accounts, schedules, and performance.
• Enhance efficiency, reporting, client communication, and operational visibility through technology.
• Promote process improvements and the adoption of new technologies.
• Maintain precise documentation and reporting within organizational systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Management, Print Production, Marketing Services, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
• Solid organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• A sense of urgency and sound judgment to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Printing Management, or a related field is preferred.
