This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the OEM UK Country Manager in executing, enhancing, and continually improving OEM warranty and retention product programs.

• Collaborate effectively with the broader Automotive team, clients, and retailer networks to facilitate successful program implementation and meet commercial goals.

• Drive product integration at the dealership level for designated clients by creating actionable plans aligned with growth and customer value.

• Establish, nurture, and expand strong client relationships, serving as a reliable point of contact for daily account management and client needs.

• Contribute to client account strategies by aiding in the achievement of defined goals, actions, and performance priorities.

• Prepare comprehensive meeting documents, minutes, and action logs to enhance communication and follow-up.

• Collaborate with Operational teams to ensure the fulfillment of essential SLAs and KPIs.

• Assist in the early detection and resolution of issues by utilizing customer feedback, complaint trends, and root cause analysis to guide improvements.

• Support the UK OEM Country Manager in creating Commercial Reviews and launching new products as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in the motor industry, dealership management, automotive retail, insurance, finance, or a comparable regional commercial setting.

• Background in account management, field-based relationship management, or regional client-facing roles.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from retailer teams to senior client contacts.

• Must possess a full UK driving license.

• Willingness to travel to client and retailer locations.

• Excellent client relationship management abilities, with skills in listening, influencing, and following through on commitments.

• Understanding of automotive add-on products, systems, or related business sectors, or a strong desire and aptitude to learn quickly.

• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Proven track record of working towards targets, KPIs, or commercial objectives.

• Knowledge of insurance sales processes is advantageous, especially in adapting processes to meet customer and client needs.

• Ability to recognize opportunities for account development and growth.

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the capability to achieve positive outcomes for clients, customers, and the business.
