This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement sales strategies to enhance performance within the designated region.
• Achieve overall sales targets and growth-product quotas through demand generation efforts.
• Introduce new products and service offerings while generating leads for new equipment.
• Exhibit solution-selling skills and develop relevant knowledge in technical and veterinary practices.
• Establish and nurture relationships with targeted hospitals and their personnel.
• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines.
• Create and implement territory business plans along with resource allocations.
• Utilize Zoetis resources effectively and follow up to optimize ROI.
• Fulfill field activity expectations, including sales calls and medical education programs.
• Formulate and execute call cycles at both account and veterinarian levels.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues from Zoetis Petcare.
• Oversee administrative tasks and manage assigned expense budgets.
• Travel within the territory and occasionally work evenings for educational programs.
• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• Previous success in roles that involved creatively identifying opportunities or resolving issues to boost sales performance.
• Capacity to leverage analytics and insights for improved decision-making and tactical execution.
• Strong follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage designated expense budgets effectively.
• Highly focused and results-oriented; capable of identifying goals and priorities while addressing issues in their early stages.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
• Experience in Animal Health and a solid understanding of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Openness to accept and integrate feedback.
• Proficient verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions based on relevant information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn Zoetis systems.
• Ability and readiness to travel and work evenings as necessary.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
