This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Implement Zoetis strategies to enhance sales performance within the designated Pittsburgh North, Pennsylvania region.
• Achieve overall sales goals and growth-product targets through effective demand generation.
• Introduce new products and services while generating leads for new equipment.
• Showcase solution-selling capabilities and develop relevant knowledge in technical and veterinary practices.
• Establish and nurture relationships with targeted veterinary clinics and personnel.
• Engage with customers in alignment with Zoetis promotional standards.
• Create and execute a Territory Business Plan along with a resource allocation strategy.
• Fulfill field activity expectations, including sales visits and investment in medical education initiatives.
• Design and implement account- and veterinarian-level call cycles.
• Collaborate effectively with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while adhering to integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork standards.
• Travel within the territory and attend some evening educational programs.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in previous positions, including creatively identifying opportunities or resolving challenges to enhance sales performance.
• Exemplifies the qualities of a change agent, continuous learner, and someone who pushes themselves and others beyond conventional thinking.
• Utilizes analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical implementation.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively.
• Highly focused and results-driven, adept at identifying goals and priorities and addressing issues in their early stages.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team environment; a self-starter.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Willingness to accept and integrate feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed and fair decisions based on relevant information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and capable of learning Zoetis systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work evenings as required by the position.
• Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
