This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies to enhance performance within the designated region

• Achieve overall sales targets and growth-product quotas through effective demand generation

• Introduce new products and service offerings while generating leads for new equipment

• Exhibit solution-selling capabilities and acquire relevant technical and veterinary practice knowledge

• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel

• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional guidelines

• Develop and implement territory business plans and resource allocation strategies

• Fulfill field activity expectations, including sales calls and medical education initiatives

• Create and execute call cycles at both the account and veterinarian levels

• Collaborate professionally with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while adhering to integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork standards

• Oversee assigned expense budgets while working both independently and as part of a close-knit team

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required

• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience

• A track record of success in previous positions, including the ability to creatively identify opportunities or solve problems to enhance sales performance

• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the capability to learn Zoetis systems

• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make informed and fair decisions based on relevant information

• Ability to manage assigned expense budgets effectively

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a close team environment

• Willingness to travel and work some evenings as required by the position
