Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement sales strategies to enhance sales performance in the designated area.

• Achieve overall sales targets and growth-product quotas through effective demand generation.

• Introduce new products and services while generating leads for new equipment.

• Exhibit solution-selling expertise and develop pertinent technical and veterinary practice knowledge.

• Establish and nurture relationships with targeted hospitals and their staff.

• Engage with customers in accordance with Zoetis promotional standards.

• Create and implement territory business plans and manage resource allocation.

• Fulfill field activity requirements, including sales visits and medical education sessions.

• Develop and execute call cycles at both account and veterinarian levels.

• Collaborate effectively with Zoetis Petcare colleagues while adhering to integrity, compliance, administrative, communication, and teamwork standards.

• Oversee assigned expense budgets.

• Travel within the designated territory and attend some evening educational events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.

• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.

• Demonstrated success in previous positions by creatively identifying opportunities or resolving issues to enhance sales performance.

• Experience in Animal Health and understanding of small animal veterinary medicine.

• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Capability to exercise sound judgment and make fair decisions based on relevant data.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the capacity to learn Zoetis systems.

• Ability to manage assigned expense budgets efficiently.

• Capacity to work independently as well as in a close-knit team setting.

• Willingness and ability to travel and work some evenings as needed.

• All applicants must have or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
