Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct Virtual Assistants during designated working hours

• Ensure that daily sourcing targets are achieved

• Provide assistance with sourcing tasks as required

• Aid in the standardization and establishment of departmental procedures

• Assist the team in maintaining consistent processes and meeting departmental objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a management role; 4 years preferred

• E-commerce experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Proficient in English communication

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities

• Competent in overseeing Virtual Assistants and ensuring daily objectives are accomplished

• Capable of providing assistance with sourcing when necessary

• Skilled in standardizing and enhancing departmental processes

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation

• Functional webcam

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM

• Primary internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps cable

• Backup internet service speed of no less than 10 Mbps

• Availability to work from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST
