This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the client service experience by collaborating with the Client Services Team and other partners to address issues swiftly and accurately.
• Oversee overall client relationships, which includes support for implementation, relationship cultivation, contract oversight, renewals, and client communications.
• Build and maintain relationships across departments such as finance, IT, legal, sales, clinical, and others to comprehend client needs effectively.
• Assist clients in achieving their objectives by leveraging knowledge of their industry, business requirements, and company programs.
• Conduct scheduled service and utilization reviews utilizing plan management and reporting tools.
• Inform clients about industry topics, product advancements, and competitive dynamics; offer collateral and relationship support.
• Provide direction to other Client Services personnel regarding the PBM program.
• Engage in or assist with new business initiatives and finalist presentations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of PBM services and identify areas for improvement; report and present findings to clients.
• Address client issues by coordinating with internal teams like Clinical or Member Services.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 2 years of account management experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the PBM industry is necessary.
• Continuous learning in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare and PBM products, pricing elements, and company capabilities and limitations.
• Strong professional communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
• Capability to prepare for, lead, and manage both internal and external meetings, including follow-up and note-taking.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in applying logical methods to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
• Advanced attention to detail, along with prioritization and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize information in a clear and concise manner.
• Analytical skills related to financial data, medication utilization, and foundational pharmacology.
• Proficiency in desktop applications within the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with multiple proprietary and industry-specific software systems and functions.
• Capacity to work independently while also supporting, contributing to, and leading teams.
• Ability to direct and delegate tasks to support staff as necessary.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods at trade shows and benefit fairs when needed.
• Availability to work additional hours outside of regular schedules when required.
