Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Consultants to supply VERIFY documents in line with client agreements.

• Oversee VERIFY data management for both new and existing clients.

• Engage with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants about VERIFY and CCM processes.

• Ensure adherence to VDA requests through regular follow-ups with elevator contractors.

• Participate in VERIFY-related meetings as necessary.

• Handle project billing according to client preferences for frequency and processes.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a liaison among VDA, clients, and their vendors.

• Maintain online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal.

• Assist internal leadership with sales and strategic initiatives.

• Report on contractor compliance.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in the elevator industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with elevator vendor invoices, contracts, and maintenance management is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficient in data analysis, revenue tracking, and metric-driven reporting.

• Experience with pricing models and proposal management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices concerning vertical transportation maintenance and certification management.
