Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.

• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and activities related to sales.

• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at maximizing revenue and market share.

• Perform market research and analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges.

• Enhance the company's footprint and offerings within current national accounts.

• Identify and secure new national account partnerships.

• Create and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.

• Track revenue, sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.

• Compile regular sales reports and updates for management.

• Ensure accurate documentation of customer, sales activities, and account information within CRM systems.

• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, or equivalent military or practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in managing national accounts and catalyzing sales growth.

• Experience in the food service sector.

• Strong comprehension of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.

• Outstanding customer service capabilities.

• Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and meet customer needs.

• Competence in utilizing CRM systems to keep thorough customer and sales records.
