This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue enhancement within assigned accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor by clearly conveying Thrive’s value proposition and suggesting consultative solutions.

• Develop and oversee the sales pipeline, including prospecting and qualifying potential opportunities.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations; assist in contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and support teams to create customer-centric solutions.

• Advocate for customers by addressing their concerns and coordinating necessary internal resources.

• Monitor account health, service trends, and customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain account, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

• Stay updated on Thrive’s services, industry trends, and pertinent technologies.

• Represent Thrive in client meetings, business reviews, and industry networking events.

• Travel as necessary to engage with customers, prospects, and internal teams.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in account management, consultative sales, business development, or technology solution sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals and expanding existing customer accounts.

• Strong customer relationship management skills with decision-makers and executive stakeholders.

• Ability to identify client needs, navigate objections, and propose outcome-oriented solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, proposal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen and comfort discussing technology, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, or related IT solutions.

• Experience in maintaining pipeline activity, account plans, and sales forecasts in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM software.

• Excellent organizational, follow-through, and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, delivery, and support teams.

• Preferred: experience in managed services, technology services, SaaS, telecommunications, or recurring-revenue business models.

• Preferred: experience with contract renewals, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
