This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth within a designated territory by fostering relationships with retail partners.

• Execute effective in-store strategies and improve product knowledge at the store level.

• Conduct regular store visits in accordance with a structured call cycle.

• Enhance merchandising and optimize product placement.

• Train retail sales teams to boost the sell-through rate of TEMPUR products.

• Establish and sustain relationships with retail store owners, managers, and Retail Sales Assistants.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

• Identify and execute opportunities for sales growth within each store.

• Perform quarterly business reviews with key retail partners.

• Audit stores to ensure compliance with TEMPUR standards regarding POS, signage, branding, and product range.

• Organize and conduct regular out-of-hours training sessions.

• Assist with in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

• Represent the company at trade events, home shows, exhibitions, retailer conferences, and industry-related events.

• Maintain CRM records and report on sales activities and potential opportunities.

• Aid in forecasting and planning by providing field insights.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, in-store presence, customer trends, and shopper behavior.

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and Customer Service.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with retail store owners, managers, and Retail Sales Assistants.

• Proven capability to develop and manage an effective call cycle across an assigned territory.

• Competence in conducting regular and structured store visits.

• Skills in sales growth and account development.

• Proficiency in merchandising and product positioning.

• Ability to deliver engaging and informative product training sessions.

• Capacity to support promotions, campaigns, product launches, trade events, and retailer conferences.

• Efficiency in maintaining accurate CRM records and providing timely reporting.

• Skill in monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and in-store presence.

• Ability to offer insights into customer trends and shopper behavior.

• Collaborative skills with the Field Sales Manager, National Account Manager, and Customer Service.
