Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer success services to American authors.

• Facilitate communication and activities among authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure books are published accurately and on schedule.

• Adhere to established book publishing protocols and procedures to deliver top-notch products to authors.

• Act as the primary point of contact for American authors.

• Coordinate collaborative efforts among authors, editors, designers, and other team members.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Relevant experience in customer success or project management roles.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Must be an English speaker.

• Ability to support American authors.

• Eligible for remote work from South America.
