This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of designated order and revenue goals while ensuring a profitable product and service mix.
• Create technology and capital replacement strategies tailored to specific accounts, aligning with customer priorities and budget timelines.
• Guide opportunity strategies from qualification through to proposal, commercial negotiations, and final closure.
• Formulate competitive conversion and new account strategies to enhance market presence and share.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with both existing and potential customers through outreach, meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
• Recognize customer needs and identify opportunities for upgrades, service contracts, software solutions, and new product introductions.
• Generate leads through ongoing prospecting, whitespace analysis, cold calling, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategic account leaders, sales specialists, and other team members on intricate opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and comprehensive sales documentation.
• Ensure accurate tracking of customer, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within CRM systems.
• Contribute to forecasting, pipeline assessments, account planning, and customer success initiatives.
• Work in coordination with Service, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Contract Administration throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Maintain high retention rates among the installed base and address customer issues through the appropriate internal channels.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other industry-related events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2–5 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in selling medical capital equipment, software, or complex healthcare technology.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, health systems, or other intricate healthcare organizations.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate pipeline, and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Capability to establish credibility with both clinical and executive-level clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrix organization.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with oncology, radiation therapy, healthcare IT, medical imaging, or hospital environments is preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare software and information systems is preferred.
• Experience navigating hospital capital budgeting and procurement processes is preferred.
