Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of clients through exceptional customer service, proactive renewal strategies, underwriter negotiations, utilization of internal resources, and teamwork with internal departments.

• Handle daily client service operations, which include issuing certificates, auto ID cards, endorsement requests, policy verification, renewal pricing, billing inquiries, invoicing, and contract evaluations.

• Identify issues and anticipate client requirements, ensuring prompt responses.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage and provide advice on any uncovered risks as necessary.

• Uphold clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients and insurance carriers.

• Facilitate meetings with clients to foster strong relationships.

• Acquire, comprehend, and comply with internal deadlines, protocols, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Active Property & Casualty License.

• Over 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.

• Familiarity with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC.

• High proficiency with various computer technologies in a dynamic environment.
