Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, police departments, and other public safety organizations within the designated territory.

• Offer product insights, conduct demonstrations, and provide pricing assistance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers feel acknowledged, supported, and valued.

• Act as a representative of Bound Tree at trade shows, conferences, and various industry events.

• Distill complex product information and present it in a clear manner to diverse audiences.

• Support Bound Tree Medical’s mission of providing EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies with essential life-saving tools.

• Background in EMS, fire, or pre-hospital care, or a proven record in external B2B sales.

• A strong desire to serve a mission-focused customer base.

• Ability to connect effectively with individuals in the public safety sector.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex product information and communicating it clearly to varied audiences.
