📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive relationships with a diverse portfolio of health and Medicare insurance clients, serving as the main strategic advisor.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance client accounts, boost performance, and broaden client profiles to increase category revenue.

• Track and evaluate revenue, ROAS, media buying metrics, client objectives, and KPIs.

• Oversee lead generation, calls, and clicks performance campaigns specifically for the insurance industry.

• Assess campaign effectiveness using advanced tools, create reports, and share actionable insights with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with media buying, affiliate, and data/analyst teams to synchronize campaign strategies, streamline execution, and optimize portfolio performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct performance marketing experience in the health and Medicare insurance sector or closely related insurance/financial fields.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation techniques.

• Strong expertise in Tableau for effective data visualization and client reporting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue models, ROAS, media buying tactics, and lead/call/click generation processes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate proactively.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote setting without significant managerial supervision.

• Solid understanding of CMS marketing regulations and compliance standards for Medicare and health insurance performance marketing.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage several high-stakes client accounts simultaneously.
