This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main and secondary point of contact for client engagements.
• Foster client relationships and engage in significant stakeholder meetings.
• Deliver both written and verbal status updates to clients.
• Regularly review and refresh essential client documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PPL’s offerings.
• Set client expectations concerning PPL’s product application model throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate internally with other projects or practice areas.
• Align project requirements and client expectations across functional teams and clients.
• Develop and oversee internal project work plans.
• Ensure that work aligns with PPL and contractual standards.
• Create strategies to reduce or prevent risks.
• Manage the research, financial analysis, writing, and production of proposal development.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities with existing clients.
• Engage with potential clients.
• Document business development activities.
• Lead sales presentations and system demonstrations.
• Supervise contracted and internal training sessions.
• Manage, mentor, guide, and advise multiple staff members.
• Monitor staff performance and address any shortcomings.
• Cultivate future client partnership leaders.
• Make final decisions regarding staff recruitment.
• Must reside in Florida to qualify for this position.

• Capacity to follow, critically assess, and enhance existing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Proactive with the ability to advance daily tasks.
• Ability to maintain a broad perspective while managing details to drive projects within specific timelines and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, critical thinking, organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• A Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience is required.
• Significant professional experience may substitute for a formal degree.
• 7-9 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
• Proven financial and business management experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with Medicaid programs and experience with state government is required.
• Experience with finance and accounting systems is preferred.
• Background in long-term care and disability services is advantageous.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Occasional travel within the state of Florida.
