Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in sales operations and facilitate client onboarding.

• Manage customer accounts while supporting initiatives for account growth in collaboration with Sales.

• Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Provide timely and accurate quotes, ensuring seamless order placement and processing.

• Supervise account management, including negotiations of contracts and agreements.

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to project stocking requirements and delivery timelines.

• Serve as an advocate for clients and enhance the customer experience.

• Collaborate across departments to guarantee timely and precise order delivery.

• Identify risks and assist in remediation efforts.

• Recognize and report security risks to members of the Executive Leadership Team.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Preference will be given to candidates located in the PST time zone (CA, OR, WA).

• Experienced customer-focused Account Manager.

• Excellent organizational, communication, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of transitioning between support and leadership roles as necessary.

• Willingness to complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
