This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Identify and manage existing accounts while seeking new logo opportunities within the designated region.
• Market the company's products through channel partners in a specific geographical area.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients, serving as the primary contact for account-related inquiries.
• Create business opportunities and oversee the sales process until closure.
• Collaborate with partners for prospecting within designated accounts.
• Assist in structuring deals and pricing through business-value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals.
• Provide customer value, surpass expectations, and address any issues or concerns effectively.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and suggest customized solutions.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and business goals.
• Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to client needs.
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative technology sales, particularly in Unified Communications and Consultative Contact Center solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a quota of $3M or more.
• Experience in selling to SLED, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors is essential.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing, VMware, and Data Centers is a necessary asset.
• Knowledge or experience with competitive solutions, including Ring Central, 8x8, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Dialpad, and others is a plus.
• Innovative in business planning and executing sales initiatives.
• Strong account planning capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas using a consultative approach.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
