This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and manage assigned existing accounts while seeking new-logo opportunities within the designated region.
• Directly sell Mitel products as well as through channel partners across the United States.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships as the primary contact for accounts.
• Create Hospitality business opportunities and oversee the sales process until closure.
• Partner with collaborators to prospect within specified accounts.
• Support deal structuring and pricing through business-value analysis and negotiate pricing for bids and proposals.
• Deliver customer value, surpass expectations, and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to devise strategic sales plans that meet targets and stimulate revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify client pain points and business objectives.
• Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to client needs.
• Provide timely and precise sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in consultative technology sales, specifically focused on Unified Communications and Consultative Contact Center solutions.
• Proven experience selling within the Hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with Cloud computing, VMware, and Data Centers is essential.
• Knowledge or experience with competitive solutions such as RingCentral, 8x8, Cisco, Avaya, Zoom, Dialpad, etc. is an advantage.
• Demonstrated creativity in business planning and executing sales initiatives.
• Strong skills in account planning.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas using a consultative approach.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools for managing the pipeline and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• No sponsorship for U.S. work authorization will be provided for new applicants.
