This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee day-to-day account management from initiation to completion of client projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate and monitor project progress and financial deliverables.
• Convey client needs and expectations to project team members.
• Ensure project timelines are established and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Prepare for and lead both internal and client status meetings, including the necessary meeting materials.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific standard operating procedures and requirements.
• Notify internal teams regarding resourcing requirements.
• Draft scopes of work and budgets following client guidance.
• Oversee and adhere to approved budgets.
• Communicate budget changes to clients promptly.
• Maintain precise financial spreadsheets.
• Process invoices and accruals in accordance with both internal and client SOPs.
• Prepare for and take responsibility for outcomes from monthly revenue and forecasting meetings.
• Keep accurate records in client publication technology systems.
• Provide project status updates and reports requested by clients.
• Collaborate proactively with the publication technology team to enhance the utilization of publication technology resources.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Required experience with publication projects.
• Preferred certification as a Medical Publications Professional through the ISMPP credentialing program.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including organization, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Proven understanding of the clinical development process and strategic communication planning.
