This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for dealers, clients, and partners.

• Supervise digital advertising campaigns across various marketing platforms.

• Manage the daily execution of programs and coordinate deliverables for dealers and partners.

• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and accurately.

• Monitor campaign performance and cultivate client relationships.

• Assist in dealer onboarding and gather assets for monthly campaigns.

• Align client expectations with campaign outputs.

• Comprehend client business objectives, target demographics, and marketing aims.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess performance and offer strategic recommendations.

• Coordinate creative and compliance approvals with partners, dealers, and third parties.

• Propel cross-functional tasks across departments.

• Request video creative assets from the account coordinator team.

• Submit content to the quality department and revise it based on their feedback.

• Oversee activities assigned to other departments.

• Provide support to the sales team as required.

• Maintain dealer information in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Troubleshoot application issues related to monthly campaign activities.

• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled promptly.

• Execute other duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, advertising, agency operations, or a related domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).

• Experience in media or agency settings is preferred.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

• Strong communication and listening abilities.

• Capability to perform effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding multi-tasking abilities and follow-through skills.

• Proficient data entry skills.

• Experience with Salesforce software.

• Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in the entire Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
